Very nice rooms. Good work by the architect. Soft drinks in Mini-bar are included: Very apreciated. The hotel is brand new, so some details as service descriptions and informations are still missing. SPA is now open. Nice fitness room. Casino inside the hotel.
Not always easy to find a parking space.

The rooms were good sized and luxurious, had smoke detectors for safety. A mini-bar, central heating, and an electronic key card were all available. The location was good, on a huge retail park with easy access to shopping centres and supermarkets. Moreover, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Magic Park.
Some of the staff were disinterested.

Contemporary room layout. Lounge access to spa facilities made for a relaxing break.
The faulty bathroom shower stuck on hot water rendered it useless, requiring a room change. Limited coffee/tea selection, just four options for a four-star. Long waits for bathrobe requests. Breakfast lacked fresh vegetables and decent breakfast items, with only dried omelettes on offer for 18 EUR. Massages felt more like superficial oil rubs with inadequate pressure despite requests for more. Not what you'd expect from a higher star-rated hotel.

Location and good value for money
When I got into my room, I was very please because I've arrived very late in the evening but when I put my head on the pillow i found some human hairs which doesn't below to me. I'm very dis-apointed but all other things are brilliant.

Had a great stay with a spacious Executive Queen Room and superb pastries for breakfast. The atmosphere was modern and clean Just wish the coffee selection in-room was better!

Excellent hotel. Big rooms, great service, great breakfast. Its location in the middle of many attractions - snowhill, casino, golfcourse, aquarium, zoo, cinemas, lots of restaurants may be a big plus. Overall a great hotel in the vicinity of fabulous Metz.

The Executive Queen Room offered a spacious atmosphere with a clean contemporary finish. I appreciated the effective noise reduction measures, ensuring restful sleep during the night. The shower facilities stood out, providing really good comfort. Breakfast featured a rich selection of high-quality pastries, but I found the absence of fresh vegetables disappointing. Service delays at reception were frustrating, especially when waiting for bathrobes that were required for the spa visit.

The hotel is nice you can see it is still new everything looks nice and clean. The service was nice and there was alway enough parking space. We had choosen this hotel because of the spa facilities the hammam and sauna were great it was a shame the jacuzzi was not working for all the days we were there.
The hotel is in an area where you will find a lot of things to do if you do not like that is the wrong hotel. We did not have any facilities to make coffee or tea in our room for the price we paid you will think it is included. The minibar is free on your arrival but they will not make it compleet when you have used something.

Excellent welcome by manager and staff, located in centre of thermal bath area, next door to casino, new hotel, nice rooms, huge bathtub, spa with jacuzzi and sauna and small gym.
Jacuzzi too small, space for only 4 people, mixed sauna and hammam with no private showers so have to keep swimsuit on, gym has only a couple of pieces of equipment.

Amazing hotel with excellent wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a relaxing spa & wellness centre. On my first stay, the staff even helped me find places with a good exchange rate. I'm definitely coming back for a holiday!

The minibar is for free, staff very helpfull and friendly, excellent breakfast, top level. The hotel is close to the woods, excellent if you want to do some jogging after or before your work. Spa and fitness room as well available.
If you leave the hotel, the envinronment is quite a bit artificial. If you stay alone in the hotel, than this no disadvantage, but if you are in a group, it could be less attractive. Minor detail : during my stay, the free wifi did not work in my room on the 7th floor. Although the staff was very friendly and proposed me an immediate solution, to change room, but I was too tired to make a room change just fir the internet connection, in the lobby, the wifi was functioning well.

decent stay with tasty breakfast
Private parking secured by a barrier outside made it easy to access. The rooms have a nice contemporary finish. Breakfast had enough options to please most guests, with lovely views from the 7th floor that added charm to the meal.
